"We booked Zoo to You for our Day Hospice group this past week. The booking process was beyond easy, and the team was willing to accommodate our needs accordingly. Our presenter (Laura) was punctual, knowledgeable and full of energy. She provided a lot of patience and explanations (sometimes more than once due to hearing impairment among our guests) and allocated them time to be able to interact with the animals. We sincerely appreciate a program of this nature, as we cannot always get our guests ‘out’ due to mobility issues, so having them come to us was the perfect way to start off our winter programming, and we will definitely be booking them again!

We recently had them come for my son’s birthday, and I can honestly say it was magical. The animal selection was incredible—creatures we’d only ever seen in books or behind glass were right there with us. The staff was amazing at making each moment both interactive and educational. They brought out each animal with such care, telling us about its habitat and habits, while making sure everyone felt involved.
But the real highlight? My son’s face. He had a smile from ear to ear the entire time. The team made him feel like the star of the show, giving him chances to interact with the animals up close and even letting him help in the presentation. Seeing him so engaged and joyful was just priceless, and I could tell he felt incredibly special.

"We booked Zoo to You to come into our Long Term Care Home for a fun afternoon with the animals. Our handler, Devon was so amazing with our Residents and they had the best time. You could tell that Devon enjoyed his job and had a love for the animals he was showing. Age appropriate information and facts about each animal was shared in an engaging manner. Devon took the time to go around the circle to provide each Resident with the opportunity to interact with the animals, providing those with cognitive impairments extra time. Overall, such a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking again!"

"The handler, Alex was wonderful. She was professional yet fun and enthusiastic about teaching the birthday girl and her friends about her companions. "Shoberry’s Daycare has been lucky enough to have Jen and Zoo To You come to our centre to do presentations for a number of years. Since our age groups vary so much it is amazing to have such an open and educational demonstration that all of our children can learn from and enjoy. "I found out about Zoo To You from a friend and thought what a great party idea for kids . My son was turning 8 and I was stuck on what we should do this year for his birthday. So I went on the net and had a look at Jen's web page to get the details and then I emailed Jen and we set a date. Jen arrived with all the animals, the kids were so excited they could hardly contain themselves. Each kid got to hold nearly every animal if they so desired and they even got to feed a few. Jen was great and asked the kids lots of questions and told the kids about each and every animal, where they came from and what they eat, ect. They even got to see one of the animals get a bath. The hour flew by and the kids were so excited that they had got to hold the animals it was so much fun. When my son went back to school and saw his friends they all said it was the best party they had ever been to. I have since then recommended Jen to quite a few friends and given out her email to them all. Having Zoo To You come to our house was a great experience for all our family!"
